I can’t believe it’s 2020 already.
It feels like just yesterday that I joined Searchspring, yet it has been a little more than six months. I could not have joined a more fantastic team and what has been accomplished in those short six months is amazing. We’ve brought on great new clients, built innovative solutions, and most importantly to me, continued to deliver the amazing product and support that is expected from Searchspring.

We are just beginning and are relentless to build upon our success. To give you visibility into what Searchspring is building and provide a place to contribute your own ideas, in Q1 we are releasing an Ideas Board to our Dashboard in the Search Management Console.
Throughout 2019, the team made consistent updates to the product to improve overall performance, and are in the process of releasing several major new features. We are investing heavily in our product and engineering teams so that we can accelerate our releases and stay in front of the market with things like Product Recommendations + which will make it easier for your shoppers to discover your great products.
In 2020, you will see us release features faster and bring you innovations that will help you differentiate yourselves through branding and shopper experience. All of this will be supported by reporting that allows you to make data-driven decisions. You need new tools that provide you with in-depth insights and robust controls, all while being easy to use with a proven increase in conversions and revenue.
