Thank You, Searchspring Customers

For those reading this blog that are a Searchspring customer of ours, thank you. We wouldn’t be where we are today without the unwavering support we receive and by trusting us with your search and merchandising needs. I am humbled.

Yesterday we were able to announce and share that we made the Inc. 5000 list coming in at number 2,653, this is out of over seven million applications. This particular award is not a pay-to-play award, but rather independently verified of the fastest growing private companies in America.

When I came to Searchspring nearly two and a half years ago, I didn’t set out to win any awards. To me, awards are a byproduct of building something great. Instead, I set out to build a great company that has a great product, one that delivers value back to our customers and ultimately to their customers. This involved building an amazing team and laying out a roadmap for how we were going to achieve our goals.

Over the last two years we have accelerated our product, and while at times we have tripped, we have never lost view of the goal and continue to invest heavily in our product development and engineering teams. Under the covers we have made cataclysmic shifts to strengthen our product while also delivering high-value features that separate us from our competitors. 

All of that is cool, but none of that really matters without the ability to truly support our customers behind just a self-service product. This is where we shine the most and what has enabled us to grow as fast as we have. It’s the people that make the difference.

Our support and customer success teams enable us to pull off the unthinkable, the three legged stool of high value, high quality, and high customer support. Traditionally there is a tradeoff that has to occur and you are told that you can only have two of the three. We believe that you can get all three and our customers remind us almost daily.

There are always times that we may miss the mark or underwhelm, it is how you handle those moments that defines you and make no mistake, we will not sit back today thinking we are any different than yesterday and continue to drive to deliver the best possible product and service in the industry.
