The three (3) months of free Services is limited to the initial three (3) months of billing, as detailed in the terms of the contract; no other billing terms or alterations to the billing schedule are part of this offer. 15-month term begins 60 calendar days from the Effective Date; provided, however, that if billing is paused for any reason the initial term shall be extended by the same number of days as the pause.
